We deliver to Canada and beyond. Within Canada in most cases we use Canada Post Expedited Service, however we may also use UPS, Canpar or our own local delivery service depending on destination and product(s) ordered. For shipping outside of Canada, please contact us first for a shipping quotation.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders over $100* within Canada (before taxes).

For orders under $100, we charge a rate of $5 plus 10% of the order value.

For example:
Order value $20 = Shipping rate: $7
Order value $50 = Shipping rate: $10
Order value $99 = Shipping rate: $14.90
Order value $100+ = Shipping rate: FREE

All Canada Post / UPS deliveries within Canada include tracking and insurance. If you require a faster shipment with Canada Post or UPS, please contact us for a quote.

*Free shipping does not apply to international orders. International orders may also be subject to duties or taxes when they enter your country.

Live Local?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 (before taxes) for delivery to addresses between Vancouver to Whistler. For orders below $50, same rate applies as above.

Delivery Times

We use a variety of shipping providers, in most cases we use Canada Post Expedited service with the following delivery standards:

Local (Lower BC): Delivery within 1-4 business days
National (Canada): Delivery within 3-8 business days
International: Air Mail up to 2 weeks, Surface Mail up to 6 weeks

For larger items, such as furniture, or special orders delivery can be between 1-3 weeks. In most cases you can track the progress of your order online using the tracking number provided. We will notify you if there is any delay in your shipment.

Returns

Shop with peace of mind, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is undamaged and still in it's original packaging. For exchange or returns, please call us on 604 567 2020 or email us at sales@goopandgoob.com stating your name and order number. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
