To use the Baby Gift Registry, first log in and create an 'event'. Decide whether you want your event to be 'public' or 'Private'. 'Public' allows anyone to participate in your event, 'Private' allows only your registered participants to access the event details.
Select whether you want a 'guestbook' to allow guests to write comments.
Then go to the store and on the product pages of the items you wish to add, click on 'add to wish list'. Once in your wishlist you have to
move the products to your 'event' (gift registry). You can move products back and forth between your wishlist and your event. When an item is moved from the wishlist, it subtracts it from the quantity in the wishlist and adds the product to your event, and vice versa. To remove a product totally from either the wishlist or the event, just click 'delete' under the item you want to remove.
Next, add recepient names and email addresses. Then make sure the tick box is checked next to each recepient's name and click 'send confirmation request'. This will send an email to your recepients asking them if they wish to confirm their participation in your Baby Gift Registry.
Alternatively, if your registry is 'public' you can tell people that you have a Baby Gift registry with us and they can search for your event using the search button above.
